Boca Gentil

Curaçao | 2008-2011 | Architect: Cees den Heijer | Interior design: Steven van Manen & LOT1038

Boca Gentil is an 82.000m2 resort in the Jan Thiel bay area located directly @ the Caribbean Sea. 49 Villa’s & 36 apartments in a beautiful gardened environment, on the southeast coast of Curacao. LOT1038 furnished in total 75 of the individually owned houses on a turnkey basis. The project started in 2007, the first houses were produced a day before x­‐mas 2008. The entire project was realized end 2011. Boca Gentil is now known as one of the hotspots for 2nd homeowners.

For this project, the first big project for LOT1038, we cooperated with Dutch star interior stylist, Steven van Manen. He is known a chief in editor for the Residence magazine and several television programs. He was amour others responsible for the selection & complete styling of 3 different flavored interior packages, the outdoor wall colors and the tile selection. The client could choose from 3 colors and 2 sizes Mosa tiles, the “Terra Maestricht” series. In total Boca Gentil has 15.000m2 indoor & bathroom floors. The sizes form which the client could choose from where 30x30cm and 60x60cm, and color possibilities: white, agate grey or caramel.
